Open Council is ideal for evening receptions, intimate fine dining or product launches. The space offers access to an outdoor roof terrace with panoramic views across the Westminster skyline, showcasing some of the most famous London landmarks, including the Houses of Parliament, Westminster Abbey and the London Eye.
Located on the 7th floor, our Open Council space and west facing roof terrace can host events for up to 100 guests for a standing reception. The space is also suitable for a small seated dinner, for up to 30 guests.
Open Council and roof terrace are available for private evening hire only - from 5.00pm onwards.
