18 Smith Square combines state-of-the-art technology with a modern minimalist look in the heart of Westminster. Our flexible meeting spaces on the ground floor offer a suite of rooms large enough to accommodate your ideal conference, featuring Bevin Hall as your plenary room for up to 120 delegates theatre style and Smith Square 1, 2, 3 and 4 for registration, coffee breaks and lunch for a standing reception layout.
Our Westminster room, located on the 8th floor is ideal for conferences of up to 80 guests in a theatre style, with St. John’s and Jamieson available to be used as catering space.
Receptions
Our Open Council space leads out to the beautiful roof terrace, offering panoramic and dramatic views over Westminster. Ideally located on the 7th floor, it is the perfect location for your drinks reception following your conference in Bevin Hall or booked separately for a special occasion.
Meetings and training courses
Our rooms on the 7th floor are ideal for boardroom style layout meetings, accommodating business meetings for up to 10 delegates (Sparks, Milton, Bruce Lockhart), AGM’s for a maximum of 26 (Beecham) or briefing meetings that require video conferencing for 21 guests (Eaton and Cockell).
Our 8th floor rooms include our Westminster room, ideal for up to 40 people in a boardroom style layout or 56 guests in a cabaret set-up and our Victoria room, ideal for smaller meetings for up to 20 guests in a boardroom style layout.
